Sync Contacts Automatically Between Salesgear and HubSpot

This article explains how to configure ongoing contact sync between HubSpot and Salesgear.

How to enable contact syncing

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot

  2. Open the Contacts tab

  3. Select the HubSpot list you want to sync

  4. Enable Polling

  5. Set the polling interval
    ​(Default: every 10 minutes)

  6. (Optional) Enable Update contacts to keep existing records in sync

  7. Choose the sync direction for mapped fields

  8. Click Sync now

  9. Click Save changes

⚠️ Important:
You must click Sync now the first time. After that, syncing runs automatically based on polling.

Key things to know

  • Polling interval is customizable

  • You can trigger manual sync anytime using Sync now

  • Email address is the primary identifier
