Salesgear’s native Zoho CRM integration allows you to keep your CRM and outreach data perfectly in sync — without exports, imports, or third-party tools.

Once connected, leads, contacts, and activity updates can flow seamlessly between Zoho CRM and Salesgear, ensuring your sales team always works with accurate, up-to-date data.

What you can do with the Zoho integration

With Salesgear + Zoho CRM, you can:

  • Sync leads and contacts automatically from Zoho into Salesgear

  • Update Salesgear contacts when changes happen in Zoho

  • Map Zoho fields to Salesgear fields for clean data sync

  • Control sync direction based on your workflow

  • Assign and sync owners across both platforms

  • Push Salesgear engagement activity back to Zoho

This reduces manual work and keeps Sales and RevOps aligned.

Automatic syncing using polling

Salesgear uses polling to keep Zoho CRM data updated.

  • You select a Zoho list view

  • Salesgear checks that list at a fixed interval

  • Any new lead or contact added to Zoho is automatically imported into Salesgear

This means no CSV uploads and no missed leads.

Field mapping & sync direction

Field mapping ensures Zoho and Salesgear speak the same data language.

You can define how each field syncs:

  • Inbound → Zoho → Salesgear

  • Outbound → Salesgear → Zoho

  • Two-way → Sync in both directions

Important Zoho constraint
Because Zoho requires Last Name and Company, these fields are always synced in both directions.

Owner mapping

Once integrated, owners in Zoho and Salesgear are mapped automatically, ensuring contacts stay assigned correctly across both platforms.
