Keep contacts in sync between Pipedrive and Salesgear using a filter and a polling schedule.
đ Steps
Go to Settings â Integrations â Pipedrive and open the Contacts tab.
Select a Pipedrive filter to sync.
Enable Polling and set the interval (default: every 10 minutes).
Optionally enable Update contacts to keep existing records in sync, and choose the sync direction for mapped fields.
Click Sync now, then Save changes.
đ Click Sync now the first time to kick things off â after that, syncing runs automatically on the polling interval. Email address is used as the primary identifier, and you can trigger a manual sync anytime.
