This article explains how to configure ongoing contact sync using Pipedrive filters.
How to enable contact syncing
Go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive
Open the Contacts tab
Select a Pipedrive filter
Enable Polling
Set the polling interval
(Default: every 10 minutes)(Optional) Enable Update contacts
Choose the sync direction for mapped fields
Click Sync now
Click Save changes
⚠️ Important:
You must click Sync now the first time. After that, syncing happens automatically.

Manual sync is always available via Sync now
Email address is used as the primary identifier
