This article explains how to configure ongoing syncing for Salesforce leads and contacts.
Sync Salesforce leads automatically
Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce
Open the Leads tab
Define conditions to select which leads should sync
Enable Polling
Set the polling interval
(Default: every 10 minutes)(Optional) Enable Update contacts
Choose sync direction for mapped fields
Click Sync now
Click Save changes
⚠️ Important:
You must click Sync now the first time. After that, syncing runs automatically.
Sync Salesforce contacts automatically
Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce
Open the Contacts tab
Define sync conditions
Enable Polling
Set polling interval
Enable Update contacts if needed
Choose sync direction
Click Sync now
Click Save changes

Manual sync is always available using Sync now
Conditions control which records sync, not everything
