Keep Salesforce leads and contacts in sync with Salesgear using conditions and a polling schedule.
đ Sync leads
Go to Settings â Integrations â Salesforce and open the Leads tab.
Define conditions to select which leads should sync.
Enable Polling and set the interval (default: every 10 minutes).
Optionally enable Update contacts, and choose the sync direction for mapped fields.
Click Sync now, then Save changes.
đ Sync contacts
Same steps, under the Contacts tab instead of Leads.
đ Click Sync now the first time â after that, syncing runs automatically. Only records matching your conditions sync, not everything.
