Salesgear’s native HubSpot integration gives you a true two-way sync between your CRM and outreach without relying on third-party tools.

Once connected, contacts, updates, and engagement activity can flow seamlessly between Salesgear and HubSpot, keeping both systems aligned and reliable.

What you can do with the HubSpot integration

With Salesgear + HubSpot, you can:

  • Sync contacts from HubSpot to Salesgear automatically

  • Push updates from Salesgear back to HubSpot

  • Keep contact data consistent using field mapping

  • Add tags to imported HubSpot contacts

  • Sync emails, calls, and tasks to HubSpot timelines

  • Control sync direction based on how your team works

This creates a single source of truth—while letting sales teams work where they’re most productive.

Automatic contact syncing with polling

Salesgear uses polling to keep HubSpot and Salesgear in sync.

  • You select a HubSpot list

  • Salesgear checks that list at a fixed interval

  • Any new contact added to HubSpot is automatically imported into Salesgear

This removes manual imports and ensures no lead slips through.

Contact tagging and updates

  • Imported HubSpot contacts can be tagged in Salesgear for easy identification

  • Existing contacts in Salesgear can be updated automatically when changes happen in HubSpot

This is especially useful for lifecycle stages, ownership changes, or enrichment updates.

Field mapping & sync direction

You can map HubSpot fields to Salesgear fields so data stays aligned.

You also control sync direction:

  • Inbound → HubSpot → Salesgear

  • Outbound → Salesgear → HubSpot

  • Two-way → Changes sync in both systems

This flexibility allows RevOps and Sales teams to define the system of record clearly.
