This article explains how to configure ongoing lead and contact syncing using Zoho list views.
Sync Zoho leads automatically
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho
Open the Leads tab
Select a Zoho list view
Enable Polling
Set the polling interval
(Default: every 10 minutes)(Optional) Enable Update contacts
Choose sync direction for mapped fields
Click Save changes
Click Sync now
⚠️ Important:
You must click Sync now the first time. After that, Salesgear syncs automatically.
Sync Zoho contacts automatically
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho
Open the Contacts tab
Select a Zoho list view
Enable Polling
Set polling interval
Enable Update contacts if needed
Choose sync direction
Click Save changes
Click Sync now

Leads in Zoho are mapped as contacts in Salesgear
Polling interval is customizable
Manual sync is always available via Sync now
