To call international numbers from the Salesgear dialer, the number must be entered in E.164 format. This ensures calls route correctly across countries and carriers.
🌍 E.164 format basics
An E.164 phone number includes:
A + (plus) sign
The country code
The phone number (global subscriber number)
Country codes can be up to 3 digits, and the full number can be up to 15 digits total.
📞 Calling an international number in Salesgear
Go to Contacts from the left navigation.
Click the three-dot menu next to the contact you want to call.
Select Call.
The dialer opens on the right.
If the contact already has a saved number, it will appear automatically. If not:
Start with +
Enter the country code
Enter the phone number
Click the green call button to place the call.
✅ Points to remember
Always include the + before the country code. Without it, the call may not route correctly.
If you’re dialing a landline, include the area code:
+{country code}{area code}{phone number}
