This is especially useful when you’re running multi-channel sequences (email + call + LinkedIn), because everything is logged in one place.
Before you start
You must have a calling setup (phone number connected / dialer enabled)
Step-by-step: Call a contact
Go to Contacts
Click Options (⋮) on a contact
Choose Call
Dialer opens
Confirm the number (or enter it)
Click the green call button
Add notes during the call (optional)
After the call: set outcome + notes → click Log Call
