Salesgear allows you to place calls directly from Salesforce using its built-in dialer, while keeping call logs and recordings synced.

What this enables

  • Call Salesforce leads without switching tools

  • Automatically log calls in both Salesforce and Salesgear

  • Keep conversation history centralized

Before you begin

Make sure:

  • Salesgear and Salesforce are integrated

  • You have a purchased or connected phone number in Salesgear

How to make a call from Salesforce

  1. Log in to Salesforce

  2. Go to Leads

  3. Open the lead you want to call

  4. Click Call (Salesgear icon) next to Add to Sequence

  5. The Salesgear dialer opens on the right

  6. Enter the phone number in this format:
    + {country code} {area code} {phone number}

  7. Click the green call button

Important notes

  • Works in Salesforce Lightning and Classic

  • Always include the + (plus) sign before the country code

  • Area code is required for landline numbers
