Call Salesforce leads directly from Salesforce using the Salesgear dialer â calls and recordings stay logged in both systems.
đ Before you begin
Make sure Salesgear and Salesforce are connected, and that you have a purchased or connected phone number in Salesgear.
đ Steps
In Salesforce, go to Leads and open the lead you want to call.
Click Call (the Salesgear icon) next to Add to Sequence.
The Salesgear dialer opens on the right. Enter the number as + [country code] [area code] [phone number].
Click the call button.
đ Works in both Salesforce Lightning and Classic. Always include the + before the country code; a landline number needs its area code.
