Purchased phone numbers in Salesgear are renewed automatically each month.
Each phone number costs $1.15 per month, deducted from your available call credits.
How renewals work
At the time of renewal:
If you have enough call credits, all phone numbers are renewed successfully.
If credits are insufficient, Salesgear renews as many numbers as possible and releases the most recently purchased numbers.
Example
You have 6 phone numbers
Available call credits: $7
All numbers are renewed successfully.
You have 6 phone numbers
Available call credits: $4
Only 3 numbers are renewed ($3.45).
The 3 most recently purchased numbers are released.
Important notes
Renewal timelines are visible on each phone number card under Settings → Dialer
A released phone number means you no longer own or can use that number
