If an inbox used in a sequence is disconnected or revoked, Salesgear protects your sequence flow by pausing contacts. You can optionally allow automatic reassignment to active inboxes.
How to enable automatic reassignment
Open Sequences.
Select the sequence.
Go to Settings.
Enable
โAutomatically reassign contacts to available inboxes if the assigned inbox is disconnectedClick Save changes.
How reassignment works (logic)
Salesgear waits 15 minutes after an inbox disconnects.
If the inbox reconnects โ contacts continue as normal
If not โ contacts are reassigned only if the option is enabled
If disabled โ contacts remain paused
This prevents accidental reassignment due to temporary disconnects.
