When you resume a paused sequence, Salesgear checks whether the inbox assigned to each contact is still available.
Case 1: Assigned inbox is still enabled in the sequence
The contact resumes successfully
All scheduled emails continue as planned
Case 2: Assigned inbox is no longer available
The contact remains paused
No emails are sent
You must either:
Reconnect the original inbox, or
Enable another inbox and reassign the contact
This prevents emails from being sent from an unintended sender.
