Resuming Contacts When an Inbox Is Unavailable

If you try to resume a contact assigned to a disconnected inbox, Salesgear blocks the action to prevent failed sends.


Error you may see

“Failed. Could not resume contact as the scheduled inbox is disconnected.”


How to resolve this

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Inbox.

  2. Reconnect the missing inbox.

  3. Open the sequence and confirm the inbox is enabled.

  4. Resume the contact again.

Salesgear automatically validates inbox availability before resuming.


Note

  • If the assigned inbox is already active, the contact resumes normally without errors
