Your profile in Salesgear controls the personal and account-level details that appear across emails, meetings, and integrations.
Keeping this information up to date ensures your outreach looks professional and your integrations work smoothly.
All profile-related settings are managed from a single place inside Salesgear.
Where to find your profile
Go to Settings.
By default, you’ll land on My Profile.
Here, you can view and manage:
Email address
Password
Phone number
Job title
Calendar URL
Company name
API key
Updating your profile details
Change your password
Click Change next to the password field.
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Update to save changes.
Update your phone number
Click the phone number field and enter the updated number.
Update your job title
Click the job title field and update it as needed.
Update your calendar URL
Click the calendar URL field and replace it with the correct link.
Update your company name
Click the company field and enter the updated company name.
API key
Copy the API key if you’re authenticating or integrating Salesgear with another tool.
Once you’ve made the required changes, click Save changes to update your profile.
P.S.: Your email address cannot be edited from the profile section, as it is tied to your Salesgear account.
