Zapier helps you connect Salesgear with the rest of your stack - CRMs, spreadsheets, Slack, project tools so your workflows run automatically.

Instead of manually copying data across tools, you build simple automations in Zapier called Zaps.


Why this integration is useful

With Salesgear + Zapier, you can:

  • Eliminate manual updates between Salesgear and other apps

  • Keep your CRM, Sheets, and internal tools in sync automatically

  • Build workflows like:

    • Send “opted-out contacts” to Google Sheets instantly

    • Create Salesgear contacts from HubSpot/Pipedrive/Close automatically

    • Trigger team alerts in Slack when someone replies


How to connect Salesgear with Zapier

  1. In Salesgear, go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Find Zapier and copy your API key (you’ll use this to authenticate)

  3. Click Configure (this opens Salesgear’s Zapier invite page)

  4. In Zapier, click Accept Invite & Build a Zap

  5. Go to Zapier → My Apps

  6. Click Add connection

  7. Search for Salesgear and select it

  8. Enter:

    • API key (from Salesgear)

    • Your Salesgear email (Settings → My Profile)

  9. Click Yes, continue

✅ Your Salesgear account is now connected to Zapier. You can start building Zaps right away.
