Mark Replies as Read or Unread

Overview

Salesgear now allows users to manually manage email replies by marking them as:

  • Read

  • Unread

  • Important (Starred)

You can also filter conversations based on these statuses to keep your inbox organized.


How It Works

Users can manually control the status of replies in the Inbox.

This is useful when:

  • You want to revisit a reply later

  • A message requires follow-up

  • A reply is important and should remain visible


How to Mark Emails

Mark as Read

  1. Go to Inbox

  2. Select any number of messages

  3. Click Mark as Read


Mark as Unread

  1. Go to Inbox

  2. Select any number of messages

  3. Click Mark as Unread


Mark as Important

  1. Go to Inbox

  2. Click the Star icon on the message that you want to mark as important

  3. The email will now be marked as Important


Filtering Emails

You can filter inbox messages using:

  • Read

  • Unread

  • Important

This allows users to quickly locate conversations that require action.
