This example shows how to use triggers to schedule a call automatically when a contact replies to your email.
It’s a simple way to ensure timely follow-up when a prospect shows intent, without relying on manual task creation.
Open Settings.
Under Account settings, select Triggers.
Click Add trigger.
Give your trigger a clear name.
Select Replied by the contact as the trigger event.
Add the action Create a task.
From the task options, select Phone call.
Choose how many days after the reply the call should be scheduled.
Add any relevant call details if needed.
Click Save.
Once saved, the trigger will automatically schedule a phone call whenever a contact replies, helping you respond while the conversation is still warm.
