Once your sequence is ready, it’s time to enroll contacts and go live.
Step 1: Add contacts to your sequence
Go to the Contacts tab
Use filters (for example, Contact Created Date) to find leads
Select contacts and click Add to Sequence
Choose the sequence and click Next
Step 2: Activate the sequence
Open the Sequences tab
Select your sequence
Go to the Contacts sub-tab
Toggle the sequence ON
Before activation, you’ll review:
Connected inboxes
Sending schedule
Time zone settings
Click Activate Sequence to launch.
What happens next
Messages start sending automatically
Replies and activity appear in Inbox
Performance shows up in Reports
