Call dispositions are labels used to describe the outcome of a call. They help you log results accurately and analyze calling performance more effectively.
Using clear, consistent dispositions improves reporting and makes call insights easier to interpret.
Creating call dispositions
Go to Settings β Dialer under Account settings.
Open the Call Disposition tab.
Click Create new state.
Enter a name for the disposition.
Assign it to Answered or Not answered.
Choose a color.
Click Create.
Editing call dispositions
Go to Settings β Dialer β Call Disposition.
Hover over a disposition and click the edit (pencil) icon.
Update the name, bucket, or color.
Click Update.
Additional details
The first two dispositions β Connected and Not logged β cannot be edited
You can create up to 15 call dispositions
Dispositions can be shown or hidden in the Calls section using the eye icon
Color-coded dispositions improve readability in Call Insights
You can also access the disposition editor by scrolling to the far right of the disposition list in the Calls section
