Call Insights help you understand how your calling activity is performing over time.
The data is shown as a bar graph, making it easy to review call volume and outcomes across specific dates, users, or teams.
What you can track
Call Insights include the following call outcomes:
Connected
Not logged
Disconnected
Left voicemail
Busy
No answer
Wrong number
Gatekeeper
Each outcome is represented as a colored metric on the graph.
Viewing call insights
Go to Calls from the left navigation.
Click Analytics from the top menu.
The bar graph displays call outcomes by date.
You can:
Hover over any bar to view exact values
Select specific date ranges:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Custom range
Filter by user using the Everyone dropdown
If you’re an admin, scroll down to view team-level call analytics grouped by outcomes.
