To keep Pipedrive as your system of record, Salesgear can sync outbound engagement back into CRM.
What gets synced
You can sync the following activities from Salesgear to Pipedrive:
Emails (sent, opened, replies received, links clicked in an email)
Calls
Tasks
LinkedIn activities like request sent, request accepted, message sent, reply received
How to enable activity sync
Go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive
Open the Activity tab
Enable toggles for the activities you want to sync
Click Save changes
Once enabled, new activities sync automatically.
