  • Sync people (contacts) automatically from Pipedrive to Salesgear

  • Update Salesgear contacts when changes happen in Pipedrive

  • Map Pipedrive fields to Salesgear fields for accurate data flow

  • Control sync direction based on how your team works

  • Sync emails, calls, and tasks back to Pipedrive

This removes duplicate work and keeps sales execution and CRM reporting in sync.


Automatic contact syncing using polling

Salesgear uses polling to keep Pipedrive contacts updated.

  • You select a Pipedrive filter

  • Salesgear checks that filter at a fixed interval

  • Any new person added to Pipedrive is automatically imported into Salesgear

Field mapping & sync direction

You can map fields between Pipedrive and Salesgear so data stays consistent.

Available sync directions:

  • Inbound → Pipedrive → Salesgear

  • Outbound → Salesgear → Pipedrive
