To keep Zoho CRM as your system of record, Salesgear allows you to sync engagement activity back into Zoho.
What’s currently supported
At present, Salesgear can sync:
Emails (sent, opened, replies received, links clicked in an email)
Calls
Tasks
LinkedIn activities like request sent, request accepted, message sent, reply received
How to enable activity sync
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho
Open the Activity tab
Enable the Phone calls toggle
Click Save changes
Once enabled, calls made in Salesgear will appear inside Zoho CRM automatically.
