To keep Salesforce updated with real outreach activity, Salesgear can sync engagement events automatically.
What gets synced
You can sync the following activities from Salesgear to Salesforce:
Emails (sent, opened, replies received, links clicked in an email)
Calls
Tasks
LinkedIn activities like request sent, request accepted, message sent, reply received
How to enable activity sync
Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce
Open the General tab
Enable toggles for the activities you want to sync
Click Save changes
Once enabled, new activities sync automatically.
