Salesgear allows you to sync all your activities related to calls, emails, and tasks to your CRM.
Note: Currently, with this functionality, you can only sync phone calls made in Salesgear to Zoho CRM. Soon you will be able to sync email engagement data and tasks too. So, stay tuned!
Here’s how you can sync phone calls from Salesgear to Zoho CRM:
Go to settings → integrations → Zoho. If you haven’t integrated Salesgear with Zoho, check out this article.
Choose the ‘activity’ tab.
Enable the toggle button available for ‘phone calls’ to sync all the calls made in Salesgear to Zoho CRM.
Click ‘save changes’.
