Example Zap: Create a Salesgear Contact When a New HubSpot Contact Is Added

Skip the manual import step — this Zap creates a Salesgear contact automatically every time HubSpot gets a new one.

👉 Steps

  1. Connect Salesgear to Zapier.

  2. In Zapier, go to Zaps → Create Zap.

  3. Choose HubSpot as the trigger app and New Contact as the trigger event; sign in and test the trigger.

  4. Choose Salesgear as the action app and Create Contact as the action event.

  5. Map the fields (email is required, the rest optional), test the action, and click Turn on Zap.
