Example Zap: Create a Salesgear Contact When a New HubSpot Contact Is Added

If you’re adding contacts to HubSpot and then importing them into Salesgear manually - this Zap removes that extra step.

This workflow will automatically create a contact in Salesgear every time HubSpot gets a new contact.

How to set it up

  1. Connect Salesgear to Zapier

  2. In Zapier, go to Zaps

  3. Click Create Zap

  4. Choose HubSpot as the trigger app

  5. Select trigger event: New Contact

  6. Sign in to HubSpot

  7. Click Continue, then Test trigger

Now set the action:

  1. Choose Salesgear as the action app

  2. Select action event: Create Contact

  3. Map the fields (email is required; others are optional)

  4. Click Continue, then Test action

  5. Click Turn on Zap

✅ Now every HubSpot contact will be created in Salesgear automatically.
