How to set it up
Connect Salesgear to Zapier
In Zapier, go to Zaps
Click Create Zap
Choose Salesgear as the trigger app
Select trigger event: Contact opt-out
Select your Salesgear account
Click Continue
Click Test trigger (or skip if you prefer)
Now set the action:
Choose Google Sheets as the action app
Select action event: Create Spreadsheet Row
Connect your Google account
Choose the spreadsheet + worksheet
Map Salesgear fields to your sheet columns
(Example: “First Name” column → Salesgear First Name field)Click Test and continue
Click Turn on Zap
✅ Every opt-out will now be logged as a new row in Google Sheets.
