This usually happens for one of a few reasons. When Google sign-in can't finish, Salesgear shows a popup that tells you why.
đ Reason 1: Your account was suspended or the password changed recently
Either situation causes Salesgear to lose access. To reconnect:
Open Google's connected apps page and make sure the right Google account is selected (top right).
Find Salesgear in the list and click Remove access.
Go back to Salesgear, open More â Settings â Connected Accounts, and click Connect Inbox â Sign in with Google. It will work now.
After reconnecting, Salesgear offers to reconnect the sequences that used this inbox.
đ Reason 2: The email is already connected to a different Salesgear account
You'll see Connection Failed: already connected to a different Salesgear account. An inbox can only be connected to one Salesgear account at a time. Disconnect it from the other account first, then reconnect it here.
đ Other messages you might see
Connection Failed: Please connect the same email account. You were reconnecting an inbox but signed in with a different Google account. Try again and pick the same address.
Insufficient Permission. You unticked a permission on Google's consent screen. Connect again and leave every box ticked.
Oops! You cannot connect personal email addresses. Personal Gmail addresses can't be connected. Use your work Google Workspace address.
đ Disconnecting an email pauses its outgoing emails until you reconnect.
