Live Feed notifies you the instant a prospect opens, clicks, or replies — right inside Gmail, instead of checking reports later.

Email opened, link clicked, reply received, email bounced, and opt-out events.

In Gmail, click the Chrome Extensions icon, then the Salesgear icon. Live Feed slides in from the right.

Use Filter by to narrow the feed to Not opened, Opened, Clicked, Replied, Bounced, or Opted out.

Open Live Feed and click Settings to control:

Gmail smart features — which email addresses can use tracking, templates, and CRM sync

Tracking preferences — open and click tracking (click tracking auto-enables open tracking)

Real-time notifications — browser alerts for opens and clicks

Salesgear button visibility — Gmail only, all websites, or both
