Email & Sequence Insights help you understand how your outbound emails are performing over time.
The data is visualized as a bar graph so you can quickly spot trends in sending volume and engagement.
What metrics can you view?
You can track the following email metrics:
Emails sent
Emails opened
Emails clicked
Emails replied
Emails bounced
Each metric is represented by a colored icon above the graph.
How to view Email & Sequence Insights
Go to Reports.
Select Sequences tab.
You'll see pie charts depicting every activity you did in all your sequences like emails, calls, tasks, and LinkedIn.
Customizing the graph view
Use the metric icons at the top-right of the graph to show or hide specific metrics.
For example, hide opens, clicks, replies, and bounces to view only emails sent.
Hover over any bar to see the exact metric value for that date.
Use date filters to view:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Custom range
This allows you to isolate performance patterns for specific campaigns or time periods.
