Team Performance Summary Across Email, Calls & LinkedIn

The Reports Summary gives you a high-level view of how your team is performing across email, calling, LinkedIn, and tasks.

It’s designed to help you quickly answer questions like:

  • Who is most active?

  • How is outreach performing over time?

  • Where are replies, calls, and meetings actually coming from?

You can view performance daily, weekly, monthly, or across a custom date range.


What data does the Reports Summary show?

For each team member, the Reports Summary includes the following metrics:

Contacts & sequences

  • Contacts added

  • Contacts added to sequences

Email activity

  • Emails sent

  • Emails opened

  • Open rate (%)

  • Emails clicked

  • Click rate (%)

  • Emails replied

  • Reply rate (%)

  • Emails bounced

  • Emails opted out

Calling activity

  • Calls made

  • Calls connected

  • Calls not answered

  • Calls logged

  • Total time on calls

  • Average call duration

  • Phone call tasks completed

LinkedIn activity

  • LinkedIn messages sent

  • LinkedIn replies received

  • LinkedIn connection requests accepted

Tasks & other activity

  • Meetings booked

  • Other tasks completed

  • Custom tasks completed

  • Skipped tasks count

This gives you a complete snapshot of outreach volume, engagement, and follow-through - per user.


How to view the Reports Summary

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. You’ll land directly on the Activity.

  3. You can view metrics for all users by default. You can switch to Teams if you want to view metrics by team.


Filtering reports by date, user, or team

You can refine the data using the filters available at the top:

  • Date filters:
    Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range

  • User or team filter:
    Click Everyone to select specific teammates or teams

This makes it easy to review performance for a specific time period or compare activity across users.
