If your domain is registered with Namecheap, you’ll need to grant us access so we can adjust your domain settings.
Follow these steps to share access with Salesgear securely.
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Go to Namecheap’s website and log in with your account credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Domain List
Once logged in, select ‘Domain List’ from the left sidebar.
Locate the domain you wish to share access to and click ‘Manage’.
Step 3: Open Sharing & Transfer Settings
In the domain management dashboard, click on the ‘Sharing & Transfer’ tab.
Scroll down to the ‘Share Access’ section.
Step 4: Add Salesgear as a Manager
In the ‘New Manager’ field, enter partners@salesgear.io.
Click ‘Add’ to proceed.
Step 5: Set Access Permissions
Under ‘Advanced DNS’, select all checkboxes to grant full access.
Enter your Namecheap account password in the required field, then click ‘Confirm’.
That’s it! You’ve successfully delegated domain access to Salesgear.
