Do Not Contact Domains prevents accidental outreach to domains you should never contact like:
Existing customers (if you don’t want outbound)
Competitors
Internal domains
Partner domains
Sensitive accounts
This is an account-level safety control. Once a domain is blocked, Salesgear helps enforce it automatically.
What happens after you block a domain
Contacts with that domain are automatically marked Do Not Contact
Salesgear stops outbound actions to those contacts
Scheduled emails/tasks meant for those contacts will not be executed
Step-by-step: Block a domain
Go to Settings → Contact Settings → Do Not Contact Domains
Enter the domain (e.g.,
example.com)Click Add

Go to Settings → Contact Settings → Do Not Contact Domains
Click Upload CSV
Upload the file with domains listed
Confirm upload
If you need to contact that domain again
Go to Settings → Contact Settings → Do Not Contact Domains
Click the delete/remove icon next to the domain
