Do Not Contact Domains prevents accidental outreach to domains you should never contact like:

  • Existing customers (if you don’t want outbound)

  • Competitors

  • Internal domains

  • Partner domains

  • Sensitive accounts

This is an account-level safety control. Once a domain is blocked, Salesgear helps enforce it automatically.

What happens after you block a domain

  • Contacts with that domain are automatically marked Do Not Contact

  • Salesgear stops outbound actions to those contacts

  • Scheduled emails/tasks meant for those contacts will not be executed

Step-by-step: Block a domain

  1. Go to Settings → Contact Settings → Do Not Contact Domains

  2. Enter the domain (e.g., example.com)

  3. Click Add

Step-by-step: Block multiple domains via CSV

  1. Go to Settings → Contact Settings → Do Not Contact Domains

  2. Click Upload CSV

  3. Upload the file with domains listed

  4. Confirm upload

If you need to contact that domain again

  1. Go to Settings → Contact Settings → Do Not Contact Domains

  2. Click the delete/remove icon next to the domain

  3. Confirm
