Salesgear’s native Salesforce integration helps you keep your CRM and outbound execution fully aligned without manual updates, CSV imports, or third-party middleware.

Once connected, leads, contacts, ownership, field updates, and engagement activity can sync seamlessly between Salesgear and Salesforce.

What you can do with the Salesforce integration

With Salesgear + Salesforce, you can:

  • Automatically sync leads and contacts from Salesforce to Salesgear

  • Push updates from Salesgear back to Salesforce

  • Apply conditions to control which leads or contacts sync

  • Tag imported Salesforce leads inside Salesgear

  • Keep contact data accurate using field mapping

  • Control sync direction per field

  • Sync calls, emails, and tasks to Salesforce

  • Make calls directly from Salesforce using Salesgear Dialer

This ensures Salesforce stays your system of record—while Salesgear handles execution.

Automatic syncing using polling

Salesgear uses polling with conditions to sync Salesforce data.

  • You define conditions (filters) in Salesgear

  • Salesgear checks Salesforce at a fixed interval

  • Only leads or contacts matching those conditions are imported

This gives you precise control over what enters your outreach pipeline.

Field mapping, owners & sync direction

You can map Salesforce fields to Salesgear contact fields to keep data aligned.

Available sync directions:

  • Inbound → Salesforce → Salesgear

  • Outbound → Salesgear → Salesforce

  • Two-way → Sync in both directions

Owner mapping ensures the same owner is reflected across both systems once the integration is active.
