Salesgear has a built-in dialer with which you can schedule, make, record phone calls to learn actionable insights about your customer conversations.

Phone number purchase

To make calls via Salesgear, you need to have a phone number. You can either connect your own phone number or buy a new US (United States) phone number.

If you have your own phone number, you can connect it easily and you will not be charged for this. Check out this article to learn more about how to connect your phone number.

When you purchase a new phone number, you will be automatically charged $1.15 on a monthly basis from your phone call credits. This is called phone number renewal.

We will notify you regarding the renewal of the purchased phone numbers on the respective phone number cards in settings → dialer. For a detailed explanation of how phone number renewal works, check this article.

You can cancel your purchased phone number anytime and once you cancel, we will no longer charge you $1.15 for the respective phone number.

Calls & recording

For each call made to the US region from the Salesgear dialer, you will be charged $0.014/min and $0.03/min for the rest of the world. And for each recording, you will be charged $0.0025/ min.

Key points to remember -

  • $1.15 will be charged from your phone call credits if you purchase a new phone number (monthly basis)

  • $0.014/min for the US and $0.03/min for the rest of the world will be reduced from your credits for every call made from Salesgear.
