Intent of the article:
This article explains how purchased phone number renewals occur.
Renewals on purchased phone numbers:
In Salesgear, for every purchased phone number, you will be automatically charged $1.15/month from your phone call credits. This means that you should ensure to have the right amount of credits readily available to contribute towards the purchased phone numbers.
For example, consider you have purchased 6 phone numbers and your current call credits balance is $7. You will have no problem in this situation as there are sufficient credits available to charge for the phone numbers.
Consider another situation where you have purchased 6 phone numbers and you only have $4 in your call credits. You will be charged for 3 phone numbers($3.45) in this case, and the 3 most recently purchased phone numbers will be released.
Summary:
Situation | Outcome |
If Available call credits = number of phone numbers purchased | You will be charged $1.15 for each phone number. |
If Available call credits < number of phone numbers purchased | Since there are not enough credits, most recently purchased phone numbers will be released from your account. |
Notes -
Every purchased phone number card in settings → dialer will have the number of days in which it needs to be renewed. This way, you will know when you'll be charged.
A “released phone number” is a phone number for which you are no longer the owner.
