Imports / Exports is your audit trail for every contact movement in and out of Salesgear: what happened, how many contacts were affected, and who initiated it.

Go to More → Settings → Contacts → Imports/Exports.

Bulk jobs such as retry, pause or remove across many contacts, with status and owner.

Every CSV upload, into sequences, lists, or standalone. Shows file name, sequence, status, total/success/failed contacts, created date, and owner. Open a failed upload to see which rows failed and why before re-uploading.

Every contact export. Shows date, total contacts, progress, status, and owner, plus a re-export option so you can re-download without recreating it.

Every enrichment job. Shows date, total and processed contacts, live progress, status, and owner. Useful for spotting stalled or failed runs before retrying.

Every run started from More → Data Toolkit.
