Bulk Actions from the Contacts Section

Written by Premsanth Rajamani

Act on contacts directly from the Contacts list — enroll them into a sequence, create tasks, or push them to Salesforce, without leaving the page.

👉 Add contacts to a sequence

  1. Go to Contacts and select one or more contacts.

  2. Click the Add to Sequence icon (paper plane).

  3. Choose a sequence and click Add to Sequence.

Contacts enter the sequence immediately, following its timing, inbox assignment, and schedule rules.

👉 Create tasks

  1. Select one or more contacts.

  2. Click the Create Task icon.

  3. Choose a task type — manual email, call, or a LinkedIn action (view profile, connect, message, etc.) — fill in the details, and click Create Task.

Tasks are created per contact and appear in the Tasks section; completions and skips are logged to the contact timeline.

👉 Add contacts to Salesforce

  1. Select one or more contacts.

  2. Click More Options (⋮) and choose Add to Salesforce.

  3. Select whether they should appear as a Lead or a Contact, then click Submit.

Contact details, associated metadata, and ownership (based on your integration rules) are synced.
