Connecting inboxes one at a time is slow if you're setting up more than a few. Use bulk import via CSV to connect multiple SMTP/IMAP inboxes at once, from any email provider.
👉 How to bulk connect inboxes
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
Click Connect Inbox → SMTP / IMAP.
Choose Bulk import via CSV, then click Continue.
Upload your CSV. Don't have one? Click Download template for a ready-made sample.
Map your columns to the right fields. Most are auto-detected.
Review the rows — fix anything flagged before continuing.
Click Connect. Larger batches run as a background job, so you can keep working while it finishes.

Required columns:
Email address
SMTP host and SMTP port
IMAP host and IMAP port
Optional columns:
First name, last name
SMTP username, SMTP password
IMAP username, IMAP password
Daily send limit
Warmup enabled, warmup limit, warmup increment
Salesgear detects the provider (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud, GoDaddy, ProtonMail, Fastmail, and others) from the SMTP host automatically. For Gmail accounts, use a 16-character app password, not your regular password.
