Multiple inboxes in Salesgear allow you to distribute email sending across several email accounts, helping you scale outreach while protecting inbox health.

With multiple inboxes connected, Salesgear intelligently rotates email sending, enabling you to send well beyond 10,000 emails per day without overloading any single inbox.

How to connect an additional Gmail inbox

  1. Go to Settings from the left navigation.

  2. Open Connected Inbox.

  3. Click Connect inbox (top-right).

  4. Select Sign in with Google.

  5. Choose the Gmail account.

  6. Approve the required permissions.

The inbox will now appear alongside your existing inboxes.


How to connect an additional Microsoft inbox

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Inbox.

  2. Click Connect inbox.

  3. Select Sign in with Microsoft.

  4. Enter your Microsoft email and password.

  5. Approve permissions (select consent on behalf of your organization if prompted).

The Microsoft inbox will now be available for sending via Salesgear.


Important things to know

  • Inbox limits are shared across the team, not per user

  • Any user can connect multiple inboxes within the team limit

  • Gmail and Microsoft inboxes can be mixed

  • Your first connected inbox is the default inbox
