Overview
Salesgear now allows users to search for additional phone numbers for an existing contact.
If a contact’s current phone number is incorrect or outdated, users can run enrichment again to find other available phone numbers linked to the contact.
How It Works
Salesgear checks additional data sources to find alternative phone numbers associated with the contact.
This helps users reconnect with prospects when the initial phone number fails.
How to Search for More Phone Numbers
Click on the contact to open the Contact profile
You will find an option right below the phone number/ mobile number
Click Load more
Salesgear will scan available data sources
New phone numbers (if available) will appear in the contact record
When to Use This
This feature is useful when:
The current phone number is invalid
Calls are not connecting
You want to discover alternate contact numbers
