Why Are My Emails Getting Scheduled for Tomorrow Instead of Today?

If your emails are being scheduled for future days—even though your sequence and sending window are set for today—it’s usually because your daily email sending limit for that inbox has already been reached.

Key Points

✅ Email sending limits are managed per inbox in Salesgear.
✅ Once the daily limit is reached, any additional emails are automatically pushed to the next available day—even if today’s window is still valid.

How to Check the Current Load?

  1. Go to the Inbox tab → Scheduled.

  2. Filter by the fromAddress (the specific inbox used in your sequence).

  3. Check how many emails are already scheduled for today.

Important Notes on Email Limits

  • Reducing the daily limit: Changes take effect immediately.
Example: If 100 emails are scheduled and you lower the limit to 50, only 50 will send today. The rest will move to tomorrow.

  • Increasing the daily limit: Does not automatically move emails up to today.
Example: If 100 are scheduled for today and 100 for tomorrow, and you increase the limit to 200, the 100 set for tomorrow will still stay there.

    • To apply the new limit today, you’ll need to pause and resume the sequence.

How to Fix This?

✅ Pause any other sequences using the same inbox to free up quota.
✅ Adjust your email sending limit if needed.
✅ Resume the current sequence to refresh the queue with the new limits.

This ensures that emails waiting in the queue are redistributed and scheduled for today based on the updated limit.
