Configure Settings for Each Connected Inbox

Each inbox in Salesgear can be configured independently to maintain sending quality and personalization. This ensures inbox-specific limits, delays, and signatures align with best deliverability practices.

Inbox-level settings you can configure

  • Daily email limit
    Maximum emails sent per inbox per day (recommended: under 200)

  • Minimum delay between emails
    Time gap (in seconds) between consecutive sends

  • Email signature
    Signature appended to emails sent from that inbox

How to configure inbox settings

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Inbox.

  2. Locate the inbox you want to update.

  3. Click Configure.

  4. Set:

    • Daily email limit

    • Minimum delay

    • Signature

  5. Click Save.

Notes

  • Inbox limits cannot exceed the admin’s daily email limit

  • Emails exceeding the daily limit are automatically deferred to the next day
