Each inbox in Salesgear can be configured independently to maintain sending quality and personalization. This ensures inbox-specific limits, delays, and signatures align with best deliverability practices.
Inbox-level settings you can configure
Daily email limit
Maximum emails sent per inbox per day (recommended: under 200)Minimum delay between emails
Time gap (in seconds) between consecutive sendsEmail signature
Signature appended to emails sent from that inbox
How to configure inbox settings
Go to Settings → Connected Inbox.
Locate the inbox you want to update.
Click Configure.
Set:
Daily email limit
Minimum delay
Signature
Click Save.
Notes
Inbox limits cannot exceed the admin’s daily email limit
Emails exceeding the daily limit are automatically deferred to the next day
