Salesgear can validate email addresses before they're added to a sequence, so you don't send to addresses that will bounce.
đ How it works
Validation runs automatically when contacts are added to a sequence and uses 1 validation credit per email address. It's controlled per sequence:
Go to Sequences and open the sequence.
Open Configurations and expand Sending safeguards.
Tick Validate the e-mail addresses before adding them to the sequence. (untick it to turn validation off for that sequence).
Click Save Changes.
đ Buy validation credits
Go to More â Settings â Billing â Credit Usage, find Email Validation Credits (Pay-as-you-go), click Add Validation Credits and pick the amount you need. Pricing is shown in the popup and under More â Pricing. Usage is tracked on the same page.
đ Email validation depends on your plan. If the option shows Upgrade, your plan doesn't include it. Reach out via chat to get it enabled.
