The purpose of this article is to help you manage recording calls.
How to manage recording during your call with a contact?
Go to the ‘contacts’ page and make a call to the contact that you want. Check out this article to learn more on how to call a contact.
Once the call gets connected with the contact, Salesgear will automatically start recording.
To pause the recording, click on the ‘pause’ button, available before the ‘disconnect’ button. As soon as you press ‘pause’, the button will be switched to ‘play’.
To continue recording, press the ‘play’ button.
After disconnecting the call, enter the call outcome, your conversation insights in ‘call notes’, and click on ‘log call’ to save the recording.
You can also save the contact’s number (if you haven't already) by enabling the ‘yes’ toggle available below ‘call notes’.
Your recording will be saved in the ‘calls’ section. Read this article to learn more details.
Note: Calls will be recorded automatically only if the admin has enabled the call recording option. If you are a non-admin user, please contact admin to get call recording enabled.
