Whenever you try to resume a contact thatโs assigned to an unavailable inbox in the sequence, you will get an error message that says โFailed. Could not resume contact as the scheduled inbox is disconnected.โ
How to fix this?
โ Reconnect the missing inbox from settings and enable it in the specific sequence. You can check out this article to know more about connecting an inbox.
โ Once the inbox is reconnected, try resuming the contact. Salesgear will automatically check if the assigned inbox is enabled in the sequence or not. If the inbox is available, the contact will be resumed and all the scheduled emails will be sent.
Note: If you are trying to resume a contact whose assigned inbox is already available in the sequence, you will not get this error message. You can simply resume the contact & the sequence will continue as scheduled.
