Set Up a Custom Tracking URL for Better Deliverability

A custom tracking URL replaces generic tracking links with your own branded domain — building trust with email providers and improving inbox placement.

👉 Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Deliverability → Custom URL.

  2. In your domain provider's DNS settings, create a CNAME record for the domain you want to use for tracking.

  3. Copy the CNAME host and value into Salesgear.

  4. Click Verify.

📌 Requires access to your domain's DNS settings; propagation can take up to 20 minutes. Works best alongside SPF and DKIM authentication, and is available on every plan.
