Add Zoho Leads & Contacts to Salesgear Sequences (Chrome Plugin)

This integration allows you to enroll Zoho leads or contacts into Salesgear sequences directly from Zoho CRM.

No exports. No tab switching.

  • Trigger outreach directly from CRM context

  • Add leads individually or in bulk

  • Maintain clean field mapping automatically

Before you begin

Make sure to install the Salesgear Chrome extension

Add a single Zoho lead or contact to a sequence

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM

  2. Open a lead or contact

  3. Click Add to Sequence (Salesgear icon)

  4. Select a Salesgear sequence

  5. Review mapped fields (fill missing ones if needed)

  6. Confirm

You’ll see a success message once added.

Add Zoho leads or contacts in bulk

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM

  2. Go to Leads or Contacts

  3. Select multiple records (or select all)

  4. Click Add to Sequence (Salesgear icon)

  5. Choose the sequence

  6. Review mapped fields

  7. Confirm

Salesgear will notify you if a contact is already part of the sequence.
