Intent of the article:

The purpose of this article is to explain how to filter emails in the outbox based on the contact owners.

Sorting out emails in outbox based on contact owners:

Any teammate whom you added as an administrator can create contacts and send emails via their email address. These emails sent by different contact owners can be viewed in the outbox using the ‘filter by contact owners’ option.

Here’s how you use it:

  1. Click on the ‘outbox’ icon in the vertical side menu bar. You will view the list of all emails scheduled & sent via Salesgear.

  2. Click on the ‘filter by’ drop-down available above the list of emails.

  3. Select ‘contact owners’.

  4. You will find a pop-up on the left side of the page. Enter the name of the contact owner, select the appropriate one from the list, and click ‘done’.

Note: You can select more than one contact owner.

5. You will now see the sorted list of emails based on specific contact owners.
