Overview
Salesgear now automatically analyzes incoming prospect replies and classifies them using AI sentiment analysis.
Each reply is labeled as:
Positive
Neutral
Negative
This helps users quickly understand the intent of replies and prioritize conversations that require immediate follow-up.
Sentiment labels appear directly in the Inbox section next to the reply.
How It Works
When a prospect replies to an email sent from Salesgear:
The reply is processed by Salesgear’s AI sentiment model.
The message content is analyzed.
The reply is labeled as Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
The label is displayed in the Inbox view.
This allows users to quickly scan their inbox and identify interested prospects.
Where to Find Sentiment Labels
Go to Inbox in Salesgear.
The sentiment label will appear alongside the message.
Example
Positive reply
“Yes, this looks interesting. Can you share more details?”
Neutral reply
“Please send more information.”
Negative reply
“Not interested right now.”
Why This Helps
Sentiment analysis helps teams:
Identify interested prospects faster
Prioritize replies efficiently
Respond quickly to high-intent conversations
